I’m a lifelong educator who has spent nearly forty years helping people and organizations grow—from my early years teaching in the classroom to serving as a district curriculum and instruction leader, and later as superintendent of schools in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Along the way I’ve worked with boards, leadership teams, and community partners on everything from strategy and governance to culture, communication, and change. Today, through Driftless Leadership™, I bring that experience to leaders and nonprofits who want clearer insight, steadier decision-making, and practical help navigating the financial, strategic, and human challenges of their work
